How long does my order take to ship?

I will be organising and shipping wines once a week (probably Mondays) as I like to ensure that my wines won’t be sitting in a hot storage shed over the weekends, and also am still working full time. Local deliveries I will endeavour to do within 2 working days. I will ensure to communicate with you when your order should be expected.

Do you offer international shipping? 

At this stage Bani Vino is too small to export, apologies. Any enquiries can be sent through our Contact page.

What is your return policy? 

I am a big fan of people knowing what wines they love, what they like, and what they don’t like. Unfortunately returns are only available for wines which are faulty or not as advertised.
